150lbs (68kg) x 9 💪🏾 What is your typical bench/dumbbell press rep range? As you guys saw in my last post from this Chest session, I also pressed the 170lbs DB’s for 4 reps, but I showed you just that one set, which led to some interest in my sets/reps arrangement.
What you should bear in mind, is that usually there are a great number of sets leading up the set shown on Instagram and there could also be a fair few after.
The clip in this vid was set 5, the clip I posted yesterday was set 6, there was also a 7th set and typically on bench press or dumbbells, there can be anything from 8-10 sets.
I believe in warming up to heavyweight thoroughly and I truly believe high volume workouts are a great way to build mass.
