tracy.parrish.16121 I have a trainer that I work with on line and it works really well. But it does require commitment on your part. You don’t have the trainer standing over you but the communication and support are definitely always available. I’d hire Pope, but I’m 58 and the complex moves required are just not there anymore but I am working on building strength and fitness after surviving cancer and I’ve never felt better.

krazydaisy @carbs_against_humanity don’t be scared! If I can do it you can and coach is super patient and nice. I was a crappy lifter when I started but she’s been so good about working with where I’m at!! Plus you can totally nervous pee and have meltdowns off camera 😂😂

carbs_against_humanity @kris10pope any idea when the next cycle will start? I’m too scared for this one. I’m in the worst shape of my life, but the best mental space and I want to get back to lifting... did train at Bob Takano’s gym for a bit... omg I’m so scared.
