See what they dreamt up—Lower Manhattan as “a Venetian landscape, in which amphibious ‘green’ streets are lined with porous pavement” and a Brooklyn where “the Bay Ridge Flats are once again inhabited by oyster beds, which decelerate storm currents and cleanse the river”—on moma.org/momathroughtime (direct link in bio)
