It’s a sunny Saturday morning, which calls for only one thing. SMOOTHIE BOWLS! ☀️ Lots of you asked how I made my berry smoothie bowls last weekend, so here’s the recipe (1 serving).
Berry Protein Frozen Smoothie:
Blend all these ingredients together until smooth...
* 1 frozen banana 🍌 * Handful frozen berries
* 1 scoop vanilla protein powder @formnutrition
* 1 date
* 1 tsp maca powder @naturya
* 1/2 cup oat milk @plenishdrinks (add more if necessary to blend)
Peanut Drizzle:
Use a fork to mix the following ingredients together...
* 1 tbsp powdered peanut @halenaturals
* 2 tbsp water to mix (depending on desired consistency)
* 1 tbsp date syrup @clarks_it
Toppings:
* More frozen berries because you can never have enough 😋🍓
* Maple pecan granola from @thesourceunitedkingdom
* Bee pollen (skip this if you’re strictly vegan) @hilltop_honey
* Hemp seeds @linwoodshealthfoods
