After countless miscarriages I decided to start focusing on my blessings and that blessing was Rocco. He allowed me to experience maternal love and filled a void in my heart with unlimited love. After he died I was diagnosed with an ulcer and then attempted to quit my job of 14 years, luckily they said no and I took a much needed break instead. I don’t really drink anymore much less make cocktails, It’s just too painful since it was our thing. Grief is a mofo and I’m an absolute downer right now but I am so freaking grateful to my friends who have handled me with nothing but love and compassion. And a HUGE thank you to our super kind insta-friends who DM and check in on me.
