One of the most elegant jewelry exhibition ever is also one of the largest exhibition by Cartier The #CrystallizationOfTime exhibition at #NationalArtCenterTokyo Venue composition by #NewMaterialResearchLaboratory lead by #HiroshiSugimoto Many jewelry on display are loaned from the owner just for this exhibition; and many of those jewelry are displayed on Sugimoto’s collection of old tree, stones , antiques, etc. ; some of them are national treasure and can’t be brought outside Japan. Thus this is one and only chance to see all this . I was impressed by the beauty of torsos used to display necklaces; then, I found out, Sugimoto asked to tailor torsos for each jewelry and asked Japanese Buddhist image maker (or 仏師　Busshi).
