Powerful evening @ネットフリックス last night for the premiere of @living_undocumented . So many people are living in the United States 🇺🇸 escaping horrible violence and seeking the American dream. Hard working, tax paying, loving, people. Trumps Zero Tolerance Policy has done so much damage to this country and has divided families across the nation. Division that has led to abuse and even death of children at the border. This. Must. Stop. Although it was hard to watch this is what America and the world needs to see. It was an honor to be invited and meet some of the families involved. I am twice over an immigrant I immigrated to Canada when I was 6 from Italy and when I was 25 I immigrated to the united states. I know first hand how difficult it can be to be limited by your immigration status. But what these families are facing is barbaric. Please watch and get involved.
