This is a simple lower body and core circuit you can do ANYWHERE.. even at home with a newborn. If you don’t have a newborn feel free to use your dog lol if you don’t have a dog use your plants 🌱 🤣 LOL
Body weight SQUATS - 20 reps total
PLANK knee to elbow - 20 reps total
LUNGES with high knee - 12 reps each leg
DONKEY KICKS - 12 reps each leg
GOOD MORNING - 20 reps total
SO MUCH FUN 🙃 PERFORM THIS SET 3-4 TIMES!
