1️⃣ scap pulls with feet on the floor on big hold
2️⃣ same, but on a good crimp
3️⃣ hang on a good hold wirh fixed scapula [workout: 10s hang - 2 min rest - repeat 4 times]
4️⃣ hang on the big slot
5️⃣ half crimp/drag deadhang on crimp underneath the slot
6️⃣ jump on good bar, try to catch a 90 degree angle and make a one arm pull up. then go down SLOWLY (not like i did 😂) ➡️ 4 times
7️⃣ 3 one arm pull ups 🥵 ➡️ 4 times
8️⃣ 1 negative one arm pull up ➡️ 3 times
get youself some help with rubber bands or a climbing partner ☺️
