I always feel so good after working out, but it’s still so hard to get myself to do it. 2 things that help me: make a plan to do it and than just go, don’t allow the debate in your head. Start small. 20 minutes a day of getting your blood pumping. In the beginning it’s all about just showing up.
PS we all have different body types and there is not a singular ideal for all of us. Your not supposed to look like me or @キム・カーダシアン or @therock...Your supposed to be healthy you, that’s it.
