Thank you MGM Resprt Japan @mgmjapan @mgmresortsintl for hosting “The Art of Tradition”.
It was an amazing experience being able to judge so many incredible dishes along side chef Murata.
I want to expand the Japanese umami in the world but also carry on the tradition all over the world.
今日は、MGM Japan主催 「THE ART OF TRADITION」のジャッジをさせていただきました。この大会は、ラスベガスのシェフが技術的専門知識と和食への 情熱を競う料理コンテストです。コンテストの優勝者は、ファイナリストの一人として来年 2月に開催される和食ワールドチャレンジに招待されることになります。
今後、私自身も、日本で発見された「うまみ」、そして伝統を世界に継承していくことができるよう、精進していきたいと思います。
