hi just stopping by to thank you for watching the video/listening to “For The First Time.” The last few years of my life were a struggle behind closed doors and this song gave me a place to let that all out. I’m human. Shit is hard. I don’t feel “free” everyday. There’s no guidebook to life- but i hope this song helps you find hope that there is indeed light at the end of even the darkest tunnel.
Thank you to @thedirtiestlittlerainbow for listening to my insane idea while I paced through the Glendale Galleria on the phone with him saying “like” way too much. The final product is a montage of things that bring me joy and me literally sweeping away the debris of my past, making peace with them, and smiling my way through life in a freaking red sequin suit. Shout out to @lindseyhartman for dressing me and @taylerberezmakeup for the makeup/hair.
