When I was 5 years old she and my Paw Paw picked up EVERYTHING they knew and moved from South Carolina to Nashville to be my caregiver while my parents toured to provide for our family. She selflessly loved and cared for me and all of her family and friends. This picture from my high school graduation...there may not have been a more proud moment for her for me. Being a good student and pursuing my best in all I put my mind to was what mattered to her. There were many Scrabble matches and Rummy card games, countless delicious meals and red velvet cakes...she was truly the greatest. Two weeks ago today she went to be with Jesus. She had longed for heaven since my Paw Paw died. He’s been gone 8 years tomorrow. As sad as I am that neither of them are here on this earth anymore, I am comforted by their sweet reunion in heaven and that one day I will see them again. 🌹💛」11月11日 12時02分
