I started lifting in Seattle with Dean six months before him and I went to try out to make the MDUSA team. We knew if we were going to pursue weightlifting we needed a facility to train full time. • My time at MDUSA was not long as I was invited to go train at the US Olympic Training Center shortly after in Colorado Springs but I am forever grateful for the chance they took on me. • I am thankful for both Glenn Pendlay and Don McCauley for constantly supporting me throughout my years of weightlifting. I am also in debt to them for bringing me some of the most genuine humans I have ever met. Each one of those team members I hold dear and these two especially @seanmrigsby and @harristayler who have become part of my family.
