This is a portrait by artist #JuliaScher, taken when I was 10. This was the first time I ever got professional hair and makeup. I got to wear a pink tie. I was feeling myself harder than anyone has ever felt herself before. Meanwhile, this photo was part of a complex dystopian exhibit, probing at human’s tenuous relationship with artificial intelligence, surveillance, privacy, and technology.
