Everyone is different, every MONTH is different and things change as you age both athletically and physically.  So the best plan of attack it to learn yourself very well and figure out what’s best for you. Sometimes that means a regular old day that just feels not as great, a lil extra nap/caffeine/Advil action, making sure you’re not overthinking your lifts when they feel a little off and sometimes even modifying the day or days completely! For some people it may mean nothing at all needs to change, IT ALL DEPENDS. LISTEN, LEARN & remember the world isn’t ending, your body is just telling you it is (it’s really not). Extremely grateful to have @aimees2cents here with me this weekend to remind me of all these things and keep pushing me as we prepare for our last meet of the year 🖤  also I wore socks that said mother fucker today.
