During a coastal walk in Kaikōura today, The Prince of Wales met a little Hutton’s Shearwater, a local seabird. #RoyalVisitNZ

The Hutton’s Shearwater Colony is unique to the region and The Prince learnt about the conservation initiative to protect these migratory seabirds.‬ During a walk along the coastline, The Prince also heard from those working to protect the local environment.
