To spark creativity and innovation this Chocolate Sensations, our hotel has been hosting the first Chocolate Sculpture Competition, where passionate chefs and chocolatiers have participated to create their own original work of art entirely from chocolate. The theme of the competition, “Essence of Tokyo” encourages entrants to consider the meaning of this vibrant city and to allow it to reflect in their work.
