#ATeam 2020 planning this morning has me SO fired up!! But action starts now 👊🏼👊🏼👊🏼 ⠀⠀
How are you finishing this year strong to set yourself up for success in the New Year?? Personally a few changes I’m making is no coffee ☕️🚫🙅🏼♀️ to keep my cortisol levels as low as possible and take a break from its anxiety inducing properties, while continuing to meditate twice a day (see latest blog post) -in other words- enable my body to vibrate on the chillest level possible before we start to ramp up🧘🏼♀️ I’m also cutting out the after dinner sweets, because duh! 😂 Added bonus this all helps me get ah-mazing sleep 😴🙌🏼
