Flew out to Dallas for @NFL TV filming which aired in Japan!💙 Massive thanks to the @dallascowboys for providing an extensive VIP tour of The Star and Cowboys Fit!✨
As you can see in the 3rd & 4th slide, there's a star that's set right in front of the doors leading out to the practice field which says, "It is a privilege, not a right, to play, coach and work for the Dallas Cowboys." I learned that every single player and person involved with the team touches the star every day before heading out to practice which I thought was very inspiring.😊
The facility was so massive that we unfortunately could not include everything we filmed, but it was super cool to report on my first cryotherapy experience using the same exact machine the players use as well! I love learning about the BTS of recovery/body conditioning which is crucial for maintaining the physique of the best athletes in the world. It was such a pleasure seeing and working with the Dallas Cowboys team again!
I just got back from a different city for more TV filming and can't wait to share all of that with you as well🙌 Hope your week is off to an awesome start!⭐️

先日の「オードリーのNFL倶楽部」のテレビ放送では、ダラス・カウボーイズの本部施設の「The Star」と「Cowboys Fit」を取材＆紹介しました！😄 東京ドーム8個分の広さがあるThe Starは、NFLドラフトの時に使用する会議室、メニューが充実した選手たちの豪華な食堂、観客席付きの屋内練習場などなど、たくさんの素晴らしいエリアがあります。

3＆4枚目の外の練習フィールドに繋がっているドアの前に置かれたスターには、"It is a privilege, not a right, to play, coach and work for the Dallas Cowboys." （ダラス・カウボーイズでプレーする、コーチする、働くことは権利ではなく、名誉である）と書かれていて、広報の方から「選手はもちろんチームに関わる全ての人が、毎日必ずこのスターに触れてから外の練習フィールドへ行く」と聞いて、チーム愛に感動しました。

あまりにも広大な施設のため、放送では紹介しきれなかった部分が沢山あったのですが、Cowboys Fitでは、選手も使うクライオセラピー（凍結療法）のマシーンも体験させて頂きました（7枚目）！😳 選手たちがこの様な機械で患部＆全身を冷やし、痛みを緩和しながら、毎回の激しい試合いを戦っていると思うと、NFLの凄さと厳しさをまた違う目線から改めて知ることができました。
