(which doesn’t help) I guess because I am in the “fitness industry” I should have my same “shredded” self back in no time after birth. (which hasn’t been the case) . It’s easy to follow your fitness goals (which means being consistent everyday which can seem repetitive and “boring”) and think you’re not getting anywhere since my weight has basically stayed the same since 2 week post pregnancy but when I put these two photos side by side (2 weeks VS 10 weeks) I can see a huge change and I smile to myself “ahhh, Paige see you got this!” 👏🏼😁 . Remember, it’s not about who has it “easy” or who has it worse. (Those arguments will never help you) In fact comparing yourself to other people do nothing but harm you and can prevent YOU from living out your own unique story.  Everyone is on a different journey and has different obstacles to face daily. Don’t compare your life, journey or body etc to anyone else’s. Focus on watering your own grass and be proud of all the little accomplishments along the way (even if it doesn’t seem like you’re making leaps of progress - like I’ve been feeling lately) IF you’re working on a goal you’re taking a step in the right direction. I always like to imagine the highest version of myself and step into that. And remind yourself daily how powerful you are and saying “I AM CAPABLE.
