Today we are #ThanksGiving for the divine gift of sound / music and it’s healing powers. 🙏💜🎶💜🙏 Each morning, throughout my pregnancy, my husband and I started our day with connecting with our baby through sound. Benjamin would tune in and play his indigenous flute during our meditation.
Music/sound carries frequencies that move through us on a cellular level. The vibration of his flute moves at 432 hertz, bringing our mind, hearts, and bodies into deep peace and tranquility.
It is said to be the natural frequency of the universe with cosmic healing powers. The vibration of the sounds helps ease anxiety, and brings down heart rate and blood pressure. 🙌💜🙌 We could feel how this sacred sound brought us into divine union and connection with each other and with our own hearts. This was our ritual each morning during pregnancy.
As our little one came unexpectedly, all that we prepared for got thrown out the window, and as one of our earth angels said “You got handed a different deck of cards”. Suddenly, our structured and organized birth plans were reassembled into an experience we were not prepared for. Throughout the following days, moving from one hospital to the next, we held on to the one ritual that has been our foundation from the beginning: The sacred sounds of the flute. This was one of our candles 🕯 that was lit in the dark room we were in. Everywhere we went so did the sounds of the flute 🎶. Despite the external interventions of a hospital setting, we could see how our little one responded, relaxed, and was positively stimulated by the music of the flute. This was our only way to connect with him through the incubators to create a sacred space amidst a strange and loud environment. We envisioned and felt how the notes of the flute danced around him to heal him and confort him.✨🙌💜🙌✨ I recommend that every mom-to-be creates a special musical ritual to connect with their babys consciousness to make them feel Safe & Sound 💜🎵💜 #SoundHealing #ConsciousLife #AncestorsWisdom
