Meditation gives me a lot of strength, as does yoga, eating well, and sleeping enough. But it’s hard to see the difference when I’m not actively practicing the good things. It’s like listening for a quiet voice in a raging river. The work that needs to be done in this life is as constant as change. But with the work, the river quiets. I mean, if I have time to scroll instagram, I have time to sit in silence for 20 minutes. What “good things” do you practice? #mօmomeditations
