It helped them move easily into their new place and it gave me a nest egg for Darcy and Pearl.👧🏼👶🏼 . I wanted to do the house up a bit (Gma & Gdad looked after it beautifully but it was time for a bit of updating) but we knew someone who needed to move in ASAP and was happy to take it ‘as is’. . That tenant has moved out now and so now I can jazz it up! YAY! ✨I’m going to have all the walls stripped, smoothed and painted, the wood work refreshed, the carpets removed and replaced and a beautiful new kitchen installed.💫 . This house is so special to me. It was a safe place to stay when my childhood was rocky (which was a LOT) and my wonderful Grandparents👴🏻👵🏻 had many happy decades here.❤️ . I feel as though my life is incredibly blessed in so many ways and so I’d like to pass this on. Ideally I’d like to rent to a local Mother who wants somewhere safe and happy for her and her little ducklings👩‍👧‍👧. Perhaps a Mama who is having a rough time and needs cutting some slack or a Mummy who could do with a hand up.👩‍👧 . I use a lettings agency to keep all the paperwork shipshape👌🏻 but I’m keeping my eyes firmly peeled for the right person. I know this sounds cheesy but I strongly feel the universe will find me her or she’ll find me. There’ll obv be rental criteria but I’d imagine a Mama in a hard spot needs a lot of flexibility and I’m looking forward to giving that. ❤️ . I’m going to keep you updated on it all (probs save it all for Jan/Feb), show you the renovations🔨, let you know any tips and tricks I find on the way but I’d love to know what YOU’D love to see in all this?
