A decade after the pioneering original series ended, “The L Word” is back. The new iteration, called “The L Word: Generation Q,” includes members of the original cast and a group of newcomers from across the LGBTQ spectrum. The show has been updated for a culture and a TV landscape that have changed seismically since 2009, but the sex and glamour remain.
