You can send a poorly child a card or even some small gifts to put a smile on their face by visiting postpals.co.uk I love to do this each year and get my kids to help chose gifts to go in to a festive box. I met Vikki, one of the founders, years ago at Children In Need and was so impressed that she was running this brilliant charity along side dealing with her own health issues. She is an actual angel.
