Here’s my little nighttime routine at the moment which seems to be helping (yet doesn’t seem to help with a 4 year old hogging my bed for most of the night). Bath soak, bath salts, pillow spray, writing my thoughts down in this pad so my brain stops whirring and then a good book. There is also a CALM scent and an ENERGISE scent in varying products, both of which might be needed at this time of year.
