I get asked all the time to show my lighter sets, so here is literally every work set from todays emom(ish) waves. It’s deload so they’re all light, but I was focusing on making each one both look & feel identical. I’d say mission (almost) accomplished! They tend to get better as I go, the first wave almost always being the worst. This weight range especially is my “funk” range because I’m not quite warmed up and in a good groove by this point usually, if I’m antsy I tend to rush a bit & just because it’s light doesn’t mean you should treat it that way (guilty). FIND YOUR QUALITY MOVEMENT EARLY ON AND IMPROVE ON IT WITH EACH LIFT.
