At 12 years old, most kids are just starting to pick up the occasional babysitting gig.
But Noa Mintz was no average 12-year-old. Back in 2012 (when she was only 12), she founded her own nanny agency in NYC – and it became so popular that she had to hire a CEO. While Mintz doesn’t disclose the company’s financials, Nannies by Noa has paired nannies and babysitters with hundreds of clients in the NYC area.
“I still don’t really understand how I did it, how I pulled it off,” says Mintz, who is now 19 and studying cognitive neuroscience at Brown University.
