This PHO THO... it was SO good it deserves its own post🥳 The beef pho was our favourite as the meat was so tender, and the egg yolk added a complimentary richness to the already delicious broth🍳 I don’t know if you can tell from my previous post, but we are TOO DAMN EXCITED for @pigandthelady to open in Japan next Saturday🎉!!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

They’ve secured an amazing prime location literally minutes from Ebisu station, and the simple yet funky interiors reflect the modern twist of Vietnamese food without taking out its core🐷 With the year-end approaching, it’s the perfect spot for an annual office party - in fact I’ve arranged ours here, as it’s ¥6,000 per person all inclusive for food and 2 hours of free-flowing drinks🍺!⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

先程の続きです🙋🏽‍♀️ ハワイの大人気モダンベトナム料理屋さんの来日プレオープンのメニューで1番印象に残ったのはこちらのビーフフォー🐃！ジューシーな牛肉とコクのあるスープに濃厚な卵の黄身を絡めることで美味しさが更に引き立っていました💓⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

来週11/30に公式オープンしますが、昨日は食べなかったバインミーやベトナム風ピザを次回は頼もうと思います💫 インテリアはお料理と同じくモダンでサービスもフレンドリーなので、年末の忘年会にぴったりのお店です🥰 パーティーメニューは税込み1人6,000円で2時間飲み放題なので、私もチームディナーはここで確定してます🤙🏽⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
