I’ve been coming here since I was a student, thirty years ago, and it has become a life-long passion to document the amazing biodiversity of Borneo’s rainforest, and to try to spread the message with my photography of the importance of conserving this amazing biodiversity. Here are a few of my favorite images made in #GunungPalung over the years. Rhinoceros Hornbills and Orangutans have been two of my favorite subjects. But there is so much more to explore. I’m excited to share that during this coming year, I’ll be working on a broader coverage of this amazing refuge of Borneo’s biodiversity for National Geographic with support from #CampaignforNature.
