【柴犬マシュマロの作り方】

▪ INGREDIENTS:
100g Sugar, 50g Corn syrup, 40g Cold water, 17g gelatin sheet, 2 egg whites.
Coffee mix (10g Instant coffee mix + 30ml water)

▪ DIRECTIONS:
1. Put 100g sugar, 50g corn syrup, 40g cold water into a pot and boil.
2. Put 2 egg whites in a mixer and put it in a high speed to make meringue.
3. When syrup is boiled, pour into the egg white mixer a little bit at a time and put it in mid-low speed.
4. When marshmallow is made, separate them in half.
5. Put coffee mix in another half and mix it more.
6. Put each marshmallow into 2 separate piping bag and then put them in 1 same piping bag.
7. Squeeze into shiba looking marshmallows on top of the corn starch. Then make eyes and nose with chocolate sauce.
