LOOPWHEELER鈴木さんにご招待いただいて、初めての「傳」を体験してきました！
噂通りの美味しさでしたが、何よりシェフの長谷川さんとスタッフのみなさんが
食をつくること、そしてそれを提供することを楽しんでいる様子が素晴らしかったです。
”良い店”の定義って、本当はこういうことだよな。。と思った夜でした。
インスタでよくみていたDFCの箱には、特別に僕の顔が！

Thanks to Suzuki-san of LOOPWHEELER, I finally experienced “DEN”!
It was delicious as rumored, but above all, it was wonderful to experience the chef Hasegawa and the staff
are truly enjoying creating food and enjoy serving them.
It was a night that reminded me of the definition of “good place”.
My special face is in the box of DFC I often saw on Instagram!
