The latter is easier to make than you think: slice an aromatic apple (topaz or braeburn, so you won’t need sugar) and mix it with 20 smashed, dried juniper berries, fill up with verjus and allow to infuse for 24hrs. This local and seasonal drink was created by @mariagorbatschova of Schöneberg’s @greendoorbar, who’s very much into experimenting with local produce even during winter season. Enjoy!
