My relationship with this sport is ever changing. Looking back on this year, I had moments where I loved the life it gave me, and I had moments where I hated how the sport left me. To be honest, I don’t always LIKE skating, but I do always LOVE skating. It’s a place where I can truly feel and emote. Being in the middle of the ice in front of thousands of people is TERRIFYING, but it’s also freeing. Never forget to find your passion and hold on. You won’t always understand it, but it will always give back to you in a way that nothing else can ❤️
