This past month, I’ve been indulging in “treat” meals and guess what? It WILL NOT be the last time either.

So how haven’t I spiraled out of control?

It’s quite simple. I am consistent and find balance within my routine. I enjoy treating myself with foods I love so why should I cut them out!

When I overeat, I don’t call it “binging.” I don’t feel guilty and I especially don’t beat myself up about it. I enjoy my delicious meal and then continue on my path.
I don’t guilt myself the next day by cutting calories, fasting, or over exerting myself in the gym. I just get back into my routine. There’s not a single person who doesn’t slip up in his or her fitness journey. It’s called balance and just thinking about that next piece of chocolate helps drive me to stay consistent😛
Remember, Nobody is perfect!!!
