I tried to give all my energy and time away from work to my beloved, creating precious memories all over the world with them. I worked a lot on myself, in becoming even more the “Chiara I’d like to be”. Losing a dear friend at the beginning of the year made me realize that procrastinating is always an excuse and telling people how much we love them everytime we have a chance to do so is the gift of life. I tried to do this with all of me. I really understood the sentence “Health is wealth”: when you and your family are healthy then there’s nothing else you should desire. 2019 was the year that, despite all the success and good things happenning to me, gave me more anxiety. I was often scared something bad would happen to my beloved ones, but I think this happens to almost all women when becoming mums. 2019 was really the year of finding happiness and understanding that true happiness is the art of loving where you are in life, no matter the stupid ups and downs we all have.
