There was a LOT going on this year but the one thing I managed to stay consistent at is working out. I travel constantly so my trainer @jerry_housey helped me learn how to get a good workout in even when I‘m on the road. I’ve honestly never been a fan of the gym but after a while of being consistent I actually started to enjoy the therapeutic stress release a good sweat gives you.
