#ArtistInterventions: In 2014, during the exhibition “ZERO: Countdown to Tomorrow,” the Guggenheim staged a one-night homage to Creamcheese, a psychedelic discotheque and artists’ meeting place conceived and designed by ZERO network artists in Düsseldorf from 1967–76. Developed by artists and musicians R. Luke DuBois and Zach Layton, the evening began with an introduction by ZERO scholar Tiziana Caianiello, and featured a special performance by Brooklyn-based psychedelic rock band Oneida with accompanying visual effects by Joshua Light Show artist Brock Monroe.
