When my mom passed I filled my time with lots and lots of events which meant lots and lots of wine and bad food😩 I had no desire to work out in my own and when I finally forced myself I barely did anything. Although Im small, I don’t feel strong. For me personally I appreciate muscle because I know how hard it is to get and maintain. Im slowly but surely getting back into the swing of things and I wanted to take some time to to remind everyone that it’s okay... no matter what you’re going through take all the time you need and don’t force yourself back into it until you’re ready.
