Here is my workout session for today. WHATS IMPORTANT TO NOTE HERE:
1. Add Cardio
2. Do de reps slow
3. Have rests

Session:
10 min bike warm up
3 SETS OF
A.15 min treadmill or elliptical.
B. Core exercises in this post. Swipe right to see them all. After you finish CORE ...
C. Rest 2 min and start with second set.
D. Finish with 15 min cardio
.
