VERY EASY ACTIVITY & GREAT WAY TO START YOUR NEW YEAR!! 1. Put what you want to LEAVE BEHIND in 2019. Could be self doubt, phone before bed, sleeping in, eating before bed etc etc... 2.) Write what you want to START DOING IN 2020!?!? When you write It, & tell your friends It will psychologically hold you accountable in a new way! TRY IT!

For myself... I find It so interesting I want to go to meals with friends or family & when I’m there we’re all on our phones. I do It too. I’m trying to leave that behind in 2019.
2020- I’ve never been a big reader. I always hated getting assigned books in school. I’ve finally found some material I find super interesting & enlightening so I started a book club! 1 book a month!
