A nice lil deload to prepare for the big push the next couple weeks leading to Rome. Lighter days are always weird for me because I try so hard to make everything look and feel PERFECT that none of them actually feel good because they’re not perfect. It’s always “oh I can do better than that, I’ll ACTUALLY make the next one perfect” (spoiler, I say the same thing on the “next one”). Just a bunch of very unexciting reps so the body is ready for the exciting ones coming soon. I also spend a million and a half hours on accessory work on these days & I LOVE/HATE IT
