Conte’ is a mixture of charcoal and wax, so it’s like drawing with a scratchy pencil (or a smooth charcoal stick.) I love the uneven, vulnerable quality of line it achieves. Perfect for looser sketch work like this, something I plan to indulge in way more these next few weeks. .
