When you have a meeting at 9:00 AM but meditation is life 😂 In all seriousness, meditation has changed the game for me so much. So many of my mentors incorporate it into their daily self-care practices, and I've been doing the same. I'm clearer, more intentional, and I feel more in control. I've been using @hello_core, which combines a handheld trainer with an app experience, making it super immersive. The app tracks your progress and goals, and as an athlete, I am ALL about setting goals and working to reach them. In the past I've fallen out of the habit of meditation because I couldn't keep my attention focused on it. With Core, I've been able to make it a lifestyle.
