I have been struggling through hip pain in my labrum. This is a common issue, especially for female athletes, and it can often come from over use. My physical therapist, @charliemerrill has been working with me on addressing this pain. This exercise is simple and requires NOTHING, so for those of you who have or want to avoid hip pain, I really recommend trying this strengthening exercise, as well as mobilizing through active stretches and or Yoga.
