カレン・チェンさんのインスタグラム写真 - (カレン・チェンInstagram)「my #comeback. after each season i always say how challenging it was, but without a doubt this year wins it all. not only was it my comeback year from taking last season off from my stress fracture, it was a year full of huge changes. juggling college at @cornelluniversity with my on & off ice demands was insane, & on top of that, not having my coach or the training environment in Colorado Springs hit hard. but, i knew that this is what i wanted to do, i wanted to give it my best shot, whether realistic or not. . prior to coming here for #uschamps20 I was dealing with a lot left ankle pain where i was struggling to walk, which resulted in me taking some time off & then getting two cortisone shots 3 weeks before Nationals. however, luckily since I was on winter break, i had the luxury of recovering & training in Colorado Springs, which i was incredibly thankful for. although last night wasn’t the performance i knew i was capable of, it proved to me that i am a fighter. i also confidently know that i can’t have any regrets because in every moment in this whole past season, i gave it my all & to me that’s all that matters. . thank you to my family, friends, coaches, & everyone who has helped me in any shape or form this season (especially Dr. Roger Kruse for injecting my ankle with such a time crunch 🙈)! you are all so amazing & it means everything to me! xoxo ♥️」1月26日 2時00分
