I had the pleasure of hanging out with my good pal @ste_ward this week. Stevie’s @mantality has released a clothing line whilst staying true to its roots by donating 25% of profits to getting mental health support for young people who need it. I dropped in to his house for TWO LONG HOURS to record a podcast chatting about our mental health and how as young(ish) professionals in our chosen fields we cope with the stressors life brings.
