Made me start look and thinking of my journey. First pic I was extremely depressed at my lowest and was doing drugs. Second I was back but not wrestling and was drinking a whole lot putting on 20lbs of beer weight. Again masking my feelings with a bad alternative. Third is me at my healthiest. Sober. Legit I’ve maybe had 4 beers in 15 months. Eating a plant based diet and surrounding myself with incredibly encouraging, positive people. I’m talking about YOU @ronnieradke haha.
