Now we’ve made it possible to do exactly that at @istaracademy ~ The Gym Academy is a collaboration between Shoreham Academy and i-star Academy that allows students to access extra gymnastics training alongside their studies. Our high-performance gymnasts really benefit from this as it means they can fit in 30 hours of training around school. If you’re a gymnast that wants to work towards representing Great Britain in group, this could be the perfect place for you as both our junior and senior group are currently part of the GBR squad. Gym Academy students can also benefit from: fitness gym access, physio sessions and a UKCC level 1 coaching course. ~ Applications are now open so if you’re interested, please get in touch as soon as possible.
